Step One: Coaching With Robert Chou and Jerry Conti

Together, Robert Chou and Jerry Conti operate and hold 17 luxury properties in Scottsdale, Phoenix, Nashville, Dallas and Int'l; Poland, Bahamas, and Colombia. Together, this STR Power Team that is expanding their short-term rental holdings, while so many are standing by or throwing off inventory, have created the exclusive STR Intensive LIVE VIP Event where your turnkey STR business opportunity awaits! 

Step Two: Attending The STR Intensive VIP Event in Phoenix, AZ

Once you have been coached by Robert & Jerry you’ll know if you’d like to go deeper and partner on a property with these two successful Real Estate entrepreneurs. 100% of the coaching is applied to attend this 2-day event.  Joining the Program makes you eligible to be considered as an operator of one of our portfolio homes, plus additional training and support to get you up and running.

Step Three: Securing Your Place in the Program

After STR Graduation & Certification from the event. There is no additional cost to join the Platinum Partner Program.

If you'd like us to source a home for you through LuxHomePro Holdings, you will make a deposit into a custodial account to be used exclusively for the initial costs of acquiring operating rights, making any necessary upgrades, establishing your booking site listing, establishing your own direct booking engine, paying initial rent and deposits and everything else required to prepare your property for the market.
